You have started out well.

The vision and mission looks well structured, however I would want you to review the Bps. At the moment, there is quite a big number of BPs that you have identified. It is a good and exhaustive exercise for the first pass, but we would want to shortlist the most important ones out of them and go ahead with the selected BPs to determine their Outcome Challenge, Progress Markers and the Strategy Maps.

As a check-point regarding the BP selection, we need to make judgments that among all BPs who are the most important ones and whose behavior we would want to monitor, in order to justify the success of our project.

Once the most appropriate BPs are selected, then we need to document their ideal behavior that we would want them to be doing if the project has been successful. E.g. if at present the Bps are at level A and we want them ideally to be at level B, then level B would be their Outcome Challenge.

Progress Markers would then tell us how to reach to level B from level A. We would want to document the exact steps through which we anticipate to see the desired change.

Strategy maps would then list the strategy not the execution steps on how to achieve the desired changes in behavior of the boundary partners.

I hope the feedback helps you to update the analysis.
